1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cake Aide Pro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including browsers, subscribers, and contributors of content.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on devices you own or control
  • Access and use the App for your personal or commercial baking business
  • Use the App’s features to manage recipes, pricing, and orders

This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the App or its services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Cake Aide Pro offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all recipes, pricing data, customer information, and other content you create or upload to the App (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the services.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your User Content
  • Maintaining backups of important data
  • Ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
  • Complying with applicable laws regarding customer data

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cake Aide Pro Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of pricing calculations
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

While we strive for accuracy in our pricing tools and calculators, you are responsible for verifying all business calculations and pricing decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAKE AIDE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Business decisions based on App calculations
  • Errors in pricing or ingredient calculations
  • Data loss due to technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cake Aide Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Scrape or harvest data from the App
  • Share your account credentials with others

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
