I initially launched Cake Aide six years ago, the goal was to create a useful app that bakers could access on the go. The idea was borne out of my frustration that there were no apps that could generate shopping lists.
When I started my cake business, I didn’t have space for buying in bulk so I only shopped when I needed it, which sometimes meant five trips in one day because I was always forgetting something or I’d run out of some ingredient because I had to remake a bad batch.
It took years of trials and persistence, but I finally built the tool I wish I’d had back then. Cake Aide Pro is made by a baker, for bakers.
